sin(studio)(以下「当方」)は、アプリ「猫と学ぶ英文法」(以下「本アプリ」)における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」)を定めます。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーの内容に同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリは、アカウント登録を必要としません。学習の記録はすべて端末の中に保存され、当方のサーバーへ送られることはありません(当方はサーバーを持っていません)。
本アプリで作られる次の情報は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。当方のサーバーや第三者のサービスへ送信されることはなく、当方がこれらを閲覧することはできません。
これらのデータは端末内のデータベース(SQLite)に保存されます。ホーム画面・ロック画面のウィジェットに表示するための情報(連続日数、きょう学習したかどうか、相棒ねこの見た目)は、同じ端末内の共有領域に保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも端末から削除されます。当方はこれらのデータのバックアップや復元を行うことはできません。
本アプリは、次の通知を端末内のローカル通知として表示します。通知の処理は端末内で完結し、通知に関する情報が外部へ送信されることはありません。
あわせて、連続学習が途切れそうなときに、ロック画面のカウントダウン表示(ライブアクティビティ)やアプリアイコンのバッジを使うことがあります。いずれも端末内の処理です。通知の許可・拒否はいつでも端末の「設定」から変更できます。
本アプリの学習機能はすべて無料で、広告を見ることを条件にした制限はありません。広告は、レッスンを終えたあとに相棒ねこが「広告を見て開発を応援してくれるかニャ？」とおたずねし、利用者が承諾したときにだけ表示されます(1日1回まで)。断っても学習に影響はありません。後述の「応援パック」を購入すると、このおたずね自体が出なくなります。
広告は Google LLC が提供する「Google AdMob」を通じて配信されます。広告の配信・表示・計測のために、AdMob および Google のパートナーは、次のような情報を収集・利用することがあります。

欧州経済領域(EEA)、英国およびスイスにお住まいの利用者に対しては、パーソナライズド広告等のためのデータ利用について同意を求めるメッセージ(Google のユーザーメッセージングプラットフォーム)を表示します。同意の内容はいつでも変更・撤回できます。
iOS では、アプリをまたいだトラッキングに広告識別子を利用する場合、Apple の「トラッキングの透明性(App Tracking Transparency)」に基づく許可のダイアログが表示されることがあります。トラッキングを許可しない場合でも広告は表示されますが、利用者の関心に合わせたパーソナライズは行われません。この設定は iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
本アプリは中学生の学習を想定しているため、表示される広告のコンテンツレーティングを最も制限の強い区分(全年齢向け)に設定しています。
本アプリには「応援パック」(買い切り)があります。購入手続きは Apple および Google が提供するアプリ内課金の仕組みを通じて行われ、支払いに関する情報(クレジットカード番号など)を当方が受け取ることはありません。当方が把握するのは、その端末で購入が完了しているかどうかだけで、これも端末内に保存されます。
設定画面の「開発者にフィードバックを送る」を利用すると、ブラウザで Google フォーム「猫と学ぶ英文法 ご意見箱」が開きます。氏名やメールアドレスの入力は求めておらず、匿名で送信できます。不具合対応や改善のため、環境情報の欄には次の情報があらかじめ入力されます。
実際に送信するかどうか、また事前入力された内容を消すかどうかは利用者の任意です。送信いただいた場合、当方はいただいた内容を本アプリの改善のためにのみ利用します。フォームの提供元は Google LLC であり、フォーム利用時の情報の取り扱いには Google のプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。
例文や単語の読み上げには、端末の OS が備える音声合成機能(iOS / Android の読み上げ機能)を使用します。読み上げるのは本アプリに収録された教材の文章で、利用者が入力した情報を送信することはありません。
本アプリは、端末の検索(Spotlight)からレッスンや文法用語を探せるように、教材の見出しを端末内の検索索引に登録します。また、Siri やショートカット、コントロールセンターからレッスンを開始できるようにします。これらはすべて端末内の仕組みであり、外部へ情報が送信されることはありません。
「レビューを書く」「このアプリをシェアする」および学習記録・修了証の共有機能は、ストアの画面や OS 標準の共有シートを開くものです。共有する画像は端末内で生成されます。これらの機能を通じて当方が利用者の情報を取得することはありません。
本アプリは中学生の英文法学習を想定した教材アプリです。アカウント登録を求めず、氏名・住所・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人情報を収集しません。修了証の「なまえ」は端末内にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されません。
13 歳未満(またはお住まいの地域で定められる年齢未満)のお子様がご利用になる場合は、保護者の方の同意と管理のもとでご利用ください。お子様に関して気になる点がある場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
本アプリの学習記録・設定データは、利用者が削除するか本アプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に保持されます。当方が利用者の学習データを保持・保管することはありません。
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの「最終更新日」を更新します。

sin(studio) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describing how information is handled in connection with the app “猫と学ぶ英文法” (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
The App does not require an account. All of your learning records are stored on your device and are never sent to our servers (we do not operate any servers).
The following information created in the App is stored only on your device. It is not sent to our servers or to any third-party service, and we cannot view or access it:
This data is stored in an on-device database (SQLite). Information shown in the home screen and lock screen widgets (streak, whether you studied today, cat appearance) is stored in a shared area on the same device. Deleting the App removes this data from your device. We cannot back up or restore it.
The App schedules the following as local notifications on your device. They are handled entirely on-device, and no notification data is transmitted externally:
The App may also use a lock screen countdown (Live Activity) and an app icon badge when your streak is at risk. These are on-device features. You can allow or disallow notifications at any time in your device settings.
All learning features are free, and nothing is gated behind watching ads. After finishing a lesson, your companion cat may ask whether you would like to support development by watching an ad; an ad is shown only if you agree (at most once per day). Declining has no effect on your learning. Purchasing the “Supporter Pack” (below) stops the App from asking at all.

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we present a consent message (via Google’s User Messaging Platform) regarding the use of data for purposes such as personalized advertising. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time.
On iOS, if advertising identifiers are used to track you across apps, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt may appear asking for your permission. If you do not allow tracking, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized to your interests. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Because the App is intended for junior high school students, we set the maximum ad content rating to the most restrictive category (suitable for all ages).
The App offers a one-time “Supporter Pack” purchase. Payments are processed through Apple’s and Google’s in-app purchase systems, and we never receive your payment details (such as credit card numbers). All we know is whether the purchase has been completed on your device, and that is stored on the device.
If you use “Send feedback to the developer” in Settings, a Google Form (“猫と学ぶ英文法 ご意見箱”) opens in your browser. We do not ask for your name or email address, and you can submit anonymously. To help us diagnose issues and improve the App, the environment field is pre-filled with:
Whether you submit the form, and whether you keep the pre-filled text, is entirely your choice. If you submit it, we use its contents only to improve the App. The form is provided by Google LLC, and Google’s privacy policy also applies to your use of the form.
Example sentences and words are read aloud using your device’s built-in text-to-speech (iOS / Android). Only the teaching material included in the App is spoken; nothing you enter is transmitted.
The App adds the titles of its teaching material to your device’s on-device search index (Spotlight) so you can find lessons and grammar terms, and it lets you start a lesson from Siri, Shortcuts, and Control Center. These are all on-device features, and no information is transmitted externally.
The “Write a review” and “Share this app” features, as well as sharing your study records and certificate, open the store page or the standard OS share sheet. Shared images are generated on your device. We do not collect any information about you through these features.
The App is an educational app intended for junior high school students learning English grammar. It does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as name, address, email address, or phone number. The certificate “name” is stored only on your device and is never transmitted.
If a child under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your region) uses the App, please do so with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. If you have any concerns regarding children, please contact us at the address below.
Your learning records and settings remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. We do not retain or store your learning data.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updated versions take effect when posted on this page. For significant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
